Falling isn't a Tradmark
Welcome, I am honoured to have you.

Also, I am a DISC assessor and a Birkman consultant. I am a youth and parent coach and work at all ages from 8 to 60 years old. I am a PCC coach from ICF and a mentor registered coach from ICF to anyone who wants to get their ACC or PCC credentials. I am also a career coach. Also, I am the author of *The First Saudi Children story” Emilia”, which includes coaching and philosophical questions. I am a certified trainer in the Middle East and a certified philosophy expert*. Also, I am an NLP practitioner and a TFT expert. Also, I am an influencer on Instagram.
Do you think having all of these was easy? well, think again. Trust me doing all of these had some challenges, and failing and losing opportunities. However, on the other hand, it made me grow feeling proud and also, supporting other people and changing lives. so, today*, I will highlight three struggles that I faced through my journey that I will discuss here that not only changed my life but influenced my growth and me as a person and I hope it influences you in whatever you want to achieve and do.
Feel good and proud about your achievements and the most
important thing is who you are as a person.
First, I will tell you that I am like you, I had a lot of confidence issues relating to my learning difficulty. I used to want to prove to people that I was good enough and challenge myself. I didn't want others to know that I had it, because I felt shame for it, and each time I said it to someone, the look in their eyes killed me, until I met my friend who is coaching. Since I took sessions about coaching and learning more about myself and coaching others and changing their lives, I found out that my disability is not my trademark and that I can be anything I want and that I have abilities and inside of me is a unique diamond that I need to discover and take the dust out of it, so,it shines and grow to be confident and know that I have a strength that not only change others but change myself. I see what I am good at and work towards it and what challenges and weaknesses I work on. Thus, I never quit. I keep going no matter what because, eventually, I will be a better version of myself. I faced a lot of my fears and also, stopped thinking about pleasing others because no matter what I do, I can't fix others or make them like me or make them happy. The most important person is me, because this person is always there during the good and bad times, and I must be compassionate and happy with myself. Trust me, value yourself and your life will change for the better.
Second thing, I used to procrastinate because I wanted everything to be perfect and was afraid to make mistakes because I was worried about being judged. However, I was wrong, and coaching made me realize the importance of making mistakes and lowering my standards because I am not perfect, putting a rule on myself. It is 85% I do whatever I want to do and 25 % it is okay to make mistakes, and it is not perfect, because making mistakes and failing will support your learning and make you more experienced and, at
the end, you will succeed. Trust me, the video on Instagram that I made with a lot of mistakes came to the Explorer page and got me clients and the perfect video, but it didn't. So, what I learned is that becoming real and making mistakes is a good thing.
The third and the biggest learning and rewarding thing is failing the exam and also, failing some clients because, without having this opportunity, I would not be the person I am today, having trusted clients and hearing them say over 500 times "You made my day or changed my life". I have failed the ICF credential examination two times and passed for the third time. Nevertheless, it is not a trademark for me and if I didn't fail it, I would not be experienced in it and know the secret behind it and support other coaches to succeed in it. I am blessed to have failed and proud because it made me support a lot of coaches to pass it and gain expertise in it. So, next time you fail, go celebrate because you succeeded in trying, then learn what happened, and trust me. Then, you will succeed.
Never forget to reward yourself for trying and feel proud, because trying and not giving up is the key to success.
Finally, the biggest thing that I want to highlight throughout my journey as a coach is that failing is not a trademark of a person, and it is the beginning of you becoming successful in whatever you want to do. You are capable of finding a unique power that will serve you to become a better version of yourself. All you need to do is believe that you can, work hard, and never give up, because every opportunity is new learning, growth, and experience. Keep going and don't care about what others think of you, because you are enough. Feel good and proud about your achievements and the most important thing is who you are as a person. Learn from others, but listen to your inner voice, to make you go forward and mute your inner voice that stops you from facing your fears or achieving your goals. Seek help when needed, because you deserve it. Also, never forget to reward yourself for trying and feel proud, because trying and not giving up is the key to success.
